CoachingYou will be given genuine responsibilities whilst being supported with direct, on the job coaching and development from more experienced colleagues. This is the most important way to gain new skills and learn 'best practice'. 2. Diverse Assignment and Project WorkDuring the scheme each trainee takes on real jobs with real responsibilities in various areas of the business. Assignments are selected to test and develop key skills and may range from analytical, supervisory or project management roles, to teamwork and interpersonal relationship challenges. 3. Management TrainingHOYER UK Ltd. uses a variety of business schools to develop graduates' management skills. You will attend open courses at various key stages during your training plan to complement and supplement your in-house and on the job training. 4. Personal Development and Career PlanningYour career will be as unique as you are. HOYER's approach to career planning is to make the individual the focal point of their personal development and training needs. Continuous assessment and regular performance appraisal provide the opportunity to lay out and review a personal 5 year plan which is devised with you to help you achieve your full potential. 5. International SecondmentHOYER UK Ltd. is part of an international organisation and it is important that our management trainees gain an appreciation of the broad scope of activities within our global infrastructure as well as developing the personal skills necessary to interact with diverse business and operational cultures.
