Human Resources development Further training has always been a top priority at HOYER.

Being good in one's field is simply not enough. Especially in times of change, staff needs to be inspired. They want to understand where their journey will lead and what the future holds for them and the company.

HOYER's training programme includes training its staff to become in-house trainers ("Train the Trainer"). Afterwards the trainers pass on the knowledge they have acquired during training to their colleagues and co-workers in an interesting and memorable way.

Besides offering in-house training or individual external measures, Human Resources also offers the divisions the opportunity to design and implement a tailor-made training programme.

As a business partner for senior management and staff, Corporate Centre Human Resources

  • supports HOYER's business processes by offering expert advice to management,
  • provides information on and adapts processes to new developments in industrial law, job market and salary,
  • works on staff development with management, in preparation for assuming new roles and in their current function.
