Develop senior management from our own ranks

Develop senior management from our own ranks HOYER launched an internal Management-Development-Programme to develop experts of today to managers of tomorrow. International participants go on an "expedition" to explore their own and HOYER's management style.

"What is my role as a senior manager?"

"What makes me a successful senior manager?"

"What restrains me and my team from implementing ideas and projects?"

Besides tools for successful management - such as motivation, agreeing on objectives and holding constructive conflict solving talks - each individual takes a close look at his/her own behaviour and participants are used as sparring partners.

Three modules are covered over a period of 12 - 15 months:

  • Process management and team-building
  • Management and communications
  • Conflict management, feedback and coaching as an executive function
